The California Carpet Stewardship Program is a statewide extended producer responsibility program working to increase post consumer carpet collection, reuse, recycling, recyclability and market development of recycled content products. It is one of several EPR programs in California furthering circular economy goals in the state. Blue Strike supports the program to develop innovative solutions that remove barriers to participation and support program compliance by helping to expand collection sites, ease and convenience.
