Project: Carpet Collection Study

Blue Strike is currently conducting a statewide Collections Program Study to assess the Program’s current status in meeting gross collections goals, including the identification of barriers, opportunities and recommendations to support the Program in achieving their current goal of increasing gross collections from 45% to 60% by 2027, as outlined in their current 2023-2027 5-year Plan. The study includes quantitative analysis of public collections data, combined with stakeholder engagement surveys, interviews and focus groups to uncover barriers and opportunities for increased collection. Study completion is anticipated mid-2025.
