Sustainability Programs, Implementation, and Reporting
Blue Strike works with clients to design frameworks within an organization to guide policies around site protection, procurement, resource management, and access and equity. The first step is to establish a baseline assessment for how the organization is functioning and where improvement could be made to better support the environment and the community that organization serves. Goals are then identified and performance metrics are assigned to allow for annual reporting on performance. Communication and creating community legacy projects are paramount to our work.
