Project: Resource Efficiency Plan

Blue Strike (dba EcoShift) partnered with DKS and Panorama Environmental to update the County’s Resource Efficiency Plan, which serves as the County’s GHG reduction and climate action planning document. The update entailed collecting data, conducting updated community and municipal operations GHG inventories and forecasts, updating the County’s GHG reduction targets in alignment with CARB’s 2017 Scoping Plan, and providing CEQA streamlining analysis. Blue Strike performed GHG consulting services, and DKS provided VMT analysis for this project.
