Project: Renewable Energy Plan

Blue Strike (dba EcoShift) worked with Durham County to develop a Renewable Energy Plan designed to help the County reach 100% renewable energy use in its operations. The plan serves as the County’s building energy and fleet vehicle planning document for County-owned operations. Creation of the plan entailed collecting data, conducting an analysis of current renewable energy mix and forecasts, developing renewable energy targets, and conducting scenario analysis to determine the optimal pathway to reaching the County’s targets.
