Blue Strike worked with Optony to provide strategic planning services to plot a pathway for the City of Santa Barbara to reach its goal of 100% Renewable Energy by 2030. This process was structured around an analysis of gaps preventing the City from reaching its renewable energy goals. After evaluating current city goals, Blue Strike led the stakeholder engagement process to gather key information and enable formation of specific, relevant strategies. A series of focus groups were conducted with multiple community groups such as the Chamber of Commerce, the Association of Realtors, the Ag commissioner, and local non -profits.
